Chamomile Calm
A gentle floral infusion known for its mild sedative qualities. Perfect for unwinding in the afternoon or before bed.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
- 1 teaspoon of dried lavender (optional)
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
Preparation
- Bring water to just below boiling (around 95°C / 200°F).
- Add chamomile and lavender to a teapot or infuser.
- Pour the water over the herbs and cover.
- Steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and sweeten if desired.
